Laguna Nautika

Laguna Nautika is an established boating school in Poreč, Croatia, offering a diverse program: boat licenses, practical training, skipper courses, and guided boat trips along the coast.

Initial situation:
At the start of the collaboration, the primary goal was to promote the seasonal offerings—skipper training and boat trips—through new marketing channels. While Google Ads were already in use, the team was looking for other effective ways to reach more participants.

Within just a few days, a suitable meta ad concept was developed and successfully rolled out. Simultaneously, a year-round strategy was established to continuously promote the Croatian boat license—preparation online, with the exam taking place on-site. Over time, website maintenance and optimization of existing Google Ads campaigns were added to the responsibilities.

Just a few weeks after the campaign launch, the schedule was fully booked. Demand for courses increased significantly, and the clear positioning of the boat license as a year-round offering created a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

Laguna Nautika deliberately chose a single point of contact to implement marketing measures efficiently and from a single source. The collaboration is characterized by trust, transparency, and a solution-oriented, almost friendly dynamic. Further measures are already strategically planned for the coming year.
