• Date and time of the appointment

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment management).

Use of WhatsApp for Communication

We offer the option of contacting us via WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

What data is collected?

• Your phone number

• The messages you send, including images or files

• Date and time of the communication

The use of WhatsApp is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
