Accessibility
What does accessibility mean?
Web accessibility means that everyone – regardless of physical or mental limitations – can use your website easily, understandably, and completely. This includes, for example, people with visual or hearing impairments, motor limitations, or cognitive disabilities.
Our measures for greater digital accessibility:
We have optimized this website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). This includes, among other things, the following points:
Clear page structure and logical content sequence
Clear headings and navigation paths
Contrasts that are easily readable even for people with visual impairments
Alternative text for images and visual content
Compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies
Keyboard accessibility of the entire website
Uniform language settings
Limited accessibility due to third-party content
Some content on our website comes from external third-party providers (e.g., embedded tools or booking systems) and is therefore not within our direct control. In these cases, we cannot guarantee full accessibility.
Affected pages or modules:
– e.g., embedded booking tools, videos from YouTube, or external forms
We are continuously working to motivate these third-party providers to improve accessibility as well.
Barrier-free access on site
Our agency is digitally oriented, therefore we do not offer traditional public spaces.
Personal consultation appointments take place by telephone or video call by arrangement.
This ensures that all people, regardless of location or mobility, can participate in our services.
Should you still wish to schedule an in-person appointment, please contact us in advance – we will check the accessibility on a case-by-case basis.
